Ren Hendra – I began my career at 19, working for a mechanical company as a trainee engineer, focusing on design work in the office. After qualifying, I advanced to the role of Contracts Manager, successfully delivering multiple projects valued at up to £3,000,000. In this role, I was responsible for ensuring projects were completed within budget, managing all disciplines associated with mechanical services, and maintaining high standards of health and safety.

I have now decided to take the next step in my journey by building a successful business alongside Addam. Together, we bring our expertise, dedication, and passion to every project we undertake.

Addam Barber – I began my career as an apprentice at a mechanical services company, completing an Advanced Level 3 qualification in Installing and Pre-Commissioning Industrial and Commercial Heating & Ventilation Pipework Systems. During this time, I gained valuable expertise in welding and installing various pipework systems, including copper, Victaulic, and iron.

After qualifying, I progressed to a supervisory role, where I managed large projects, coordinated material orders, ensured timely project delivery, upheld high standards of health and safety, and delivered customer satisfaction.

This experience has led me to take the next step—building my own company with Ren. Together, we are committed to leveraging our expertise to deliver exceptional projects for our customers.
